my hands hurt all the time
i do a lot with my hands, typing, typing on my phone, typing on my laptop, and typing on my keyboard. I've spent a good bit of time trying out voice to text stuff on all my devices and that’s been awesome. but thats only a good solution when i am not afraid of my voice being heard by others or when im alone. otherwise, im stuck with typing. I got this app named cotypist and its essentially an autocomplete for typing. pretty good, i set it to only suggest one or two words at a time and its been pretty nice to use. i type a couple of letters and it will suggest the rest of the word which is nice. its helped.

i also am a lab manager and therefore i spend a lot of time in the lab moving things around and doing experiments. my hands are always in motion and theres always something to do. between shaking reagents, mixing solutions adjusting instruments and the manual work due to being in a factory, my hands are always moving.

i have been pretty stressed out lately and i think it shows in how forcefully i write and grip the steering wheel as i drive. i sometimes catch myself gripping the steering wheel or pen so hard that my knuckles turn white and my fingers go numb. idk what thats about. i think im ok but i would always appreciate a vacation.
